Overview:
DR. P. NAIK & DR. A. TANEJA INC. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Administrative Assistants. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Manage incoming mail and coordinate information flow
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: Proficiency in English

Personal Suitability:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible and organized

Additional Information:
