CT RESTORE INC. is seeking motivated Construction Workers to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will play an essential role in various construction projects by assisting with tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and site maintenance.


  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years


  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials
  • Assist heavy equipment operators
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine-grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Operate various types of cranes (details listed in job posting)
